Čokoladna LCHF/KETO granola

Kaj je granola? V bistvu gre v originalu za mešanico raznih kosmičev, suhega sadja in oreščkov, pečeno v pečici. Pri LCHF/KETO prehrani ni žitaric in raznih drugih kosmičev, zato le-te lahko uspešno nadomestimo z mešanico oreščkov. Granola je okusen in hrustljav dodatek v grškem jogurtu, mandljevem mleku, polnomastnem sladoledu ali pa kot samostojen prigrizek. Ker jo zapečemo v pečici je še posebej hrustljava in aromatična. Granola po spodnjem receptu ima pa še eno skrivno sestavino, ki doda tej hrustljavosti piko na i. Recept je izredno prilagodljiv, zapisala sem kombinacijo, ki je všeč meni (in ki dobi zeleno luč pri mojih otrocih). Po želji lahko sestavine menjamo, lahko dodamo orehe, krasno pride s pekan orehi, lahko dodamo nesoljene makadamije, lahko izpustimo čokolado… opcij je neomejeno.

SESTAVINE:

  • 200 g popraženih lešnikov brez lupine
  • 70 g celih mandljev 
  • 50 g mandljev narezanih na lističe
  • 2 jedilni žlici chia semen
  • 3 jedilne žlice lanenih semen
  • 3 jedilne žlice mešanih semen (sončnična, bučna, sezam…)
  • 150 g kokosovih ostružkov
  • 3-4 jedilne žlice kokosovega olja ali ghee masla
  • 50 g Torras čokoladnih ploščic s stevijo
  • 1 beljak

V primeru da nimamo na voljo blanširanih in praženih lešnikov jih lahko pripravimo sami. Lešnike stresemo v ponev in jih nežno prepražimo, toliko da začne pokati rjava kožica. Pazimo da jih ne zapečemo in stalno mešamo ter jih obračamo. Ko rjava kožica dovolj popoka jih stresemo na vlažno kuhinjsko krpo, jih zavijemo in jih dobro premečkamo. Večina kožice bo odstopila sama od sebe. Seveda pa lahko ta postopek izpustimo in dodamo nepražene lešnike.

Lešnike in cele mandlje z ostrim nožem nasekljamo in dodamo vsa ostala semena ter kokosove ostružke. V mikrovalovki ali nad vodno kopeljo stopimo kokosovo olje (ali ghee maslo) in čokoladne kapljice Torras (lahko jih zamenjamo s temno čokolado, samo v tem primeru bo granola grenka). Stopljeno čokoladno mešanico prelijemo čez oreščke in premešamo. Stepemo en beljak v nežen sneg in ga vmešamo med oreščke.

Vse skupaj razporedimo na pekač, ki smo ga obložili s peki papirjem in damo v pečico na 140-150 stopinj za cca 40 minut. Premešamo na vsakih 10-15 minut in pazimo da se nam kaj ne zažge, ker zažgani oreščki zelo pogrenijo.

Dobro ohladimo in naložimo v stekleno posodo ter hranimo na hladnem. Koliko časa zdrži ne vem, ker jo vedno zmanjka s svetlobno hitrostjo.
