Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry or Indian ginseng (Latin Withania somnifera) is one of the most important Ayurvedic herbs. It has always been highly valued in Ayurvedic medicine because of the extraordinary effect it has on our mood. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen - that is, it adapts perfectly to our body - it can have an invigorating or calming effect, it helps the body's defense response to stress and it has the ability to help restore hormonal balance.

100% arabica coffee ensures an aromatic taste and pleasure with a cup of real coffee. MCT oil powder provides a contribution of healthy fats and additional energy. It is ideally supplemented with collagen powder (we can choose from different flavors of BeKETO collagen), FatExpert (fat powder that gives a creamy taste) and other supplements.

USE

BeKETO Supreme coffee with Ashwagandha can be brewed like regular Turkish coffee, it can be prepared in a french press or various coffee brewing equipment (French press, filter coffee...). For the best effect, cook for 3-4 minutes. It can be prepared as instant coffee - pour boiling water over a teaspoon of coffee.

For 1 cup of coffee (approximately 200 ml) we use 1 teaspoon of coffee. Depending on the taste, the intensity can also be increased (2 teaspoons)

Store in a cool and dry place. Close the product tightly after use. The shelf life of the product is indicated on the packaging.
