It is gluten-free, free from grains, yeast, and soy, with an extremely low carbohydrate content (100g of prepared pizza dough contains ONLY 0.7g of carbohydrates), high protein content (27g / 100g of prepared dough), and an excellent texture. The mix is also ideal for diabetics, as it has a very low glycemic index compared to traditional pizza dough. Could it be any better? Hardly!

INGREDIENTS

Sunflower flour - defatted, golden flax flour - defatted, whey protein concentrate 13.5%, egg powder, pumpkin flour - defatted, bamboo fiber, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt, ascorbic acid (vitamin C). May contain traces of sesame and almonds.

USAGE

Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl. Add 200 ml of water. Place the dough on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) and spread it evenly with your hand or a wet spoon. No rolling! Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 8–10 minutes, remove, flip, take off the baking paper, top as desired, and bake for another 7–10 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted.

MY TIP: For a more rustic appearance and even better crispness, you can add a bit of Bamboo fiber by sprinkling it over the dough or the work surface where you shape the dough. You can find it in our product range.
