What is Coenzyme Q10?

Coenzyme Q10 (Coenzyme Q10) is a vital molecule found in every human cell, especially in the organs that need the most energy to function (heart, kidneys, liver). As we begin to lack it over the years, we can only replace it by adding it in the form of dietary supplements. In addition to aging, the decline of coenzyme Q10 is further accelerated by some other factors, e.g. smoking, taking statins (medicines to lower blood cholesterol), physical activity, medical conditions, depleted diet…

USE

Shake well before use. When using for the first time, press the sprayer 3 times to make it work. Dispense the contents directly into the mouth. The recommended daily dose is 5. We recommend taking it immediately after a meal. Wipe the spray after use.
