Friendly payment

Our online store offers the most modern electronic payment systems. We provide you with several different payment methods. You can choose the payment method during the purchase process. Your security is guaranteed, as all payments are made through secure connections and thus integrated and approved by payment providers.

Cost of payment by offer: free of charge
Cost of payment by credit card or PayPal: free of charge

Note: For deliveries outside Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary, only payments by electronic payments, credit cards payments, via the PayPal system and/or by offer/invoice are allowed!

Proforma payments

After placing the order, you will receive an offer/proforma invoice in pdf format or a message with all payment information via e-mail. You settle the amount of the offer/proforma invoice by transfer to our IBAN account, which is indicated on the document. The transfer can be made via money order or by using payment form in your online bank. After the payment has been received, you will be notified by e-mail along with the status notification of your order. The deadline for the delivery of ordered/paid products starts from the day of receipt of payment.

The offer/proforma invoice is non-binding until payment of the amount. You can withdraw from the order without paying the invoice. The offer/prospective invoice becomes invalid and non-binding for the provider after the expiration date, even if the offer/prospective invoice is paid after the expiration date.

Card or electronicaly payments

Payment via PayPal

PayPal is one of the most secure payment methods in the world. It allows payments with a PayPal account or with credit cards.

Obtaining a PayPal account, which allows you to pay completely securely online, is very simple.

If you don't have a PayPal account yet, we recommend opening one quickly and easily via the link for opening a PayPal account!

Cash on Delivery

Payment upon collection (CASH ON DELIVERY) of the product allows you to pay when it is delivered to your home. You pay for the product to the person who delivers it.

If you are not at home, the product will be waiting for you at the post office or at the distribution center of the delivery company that we have chosen for you. You will pay for the products upon collection using the offered payment methods.

Note: This payment method is only available for deliveries in Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary.

CASH ON DESK (Only SLO)

Cash payment is only possible for orders that are picked up in person at LCHF Style pick-up points.

Delivery & costs

1. Personal Pick-up

Possibility of personal collection of orders at LCHF Style collection points. There are no postage costs!

Orders with the customer's selected payment method take 8 days to be picked up. After the deadline for collection, the order is cancelled.

2. DELIVERY BY POST - COURIER SHIPPING

Our online store offers fast delivery through our courier partners. All orders will be shipped the same day if:

of the received order with payment according to the offer/proforma and received payment by 13:00.
order received and paid for by credit card, PayPal or other electronic payment until 13:00.
of the received order with payment method Cash on delivery by 13:00.

The costs of delivery of the goods are defined below:

SLOVENIA:

purchase of goods in the total value of the basket up to 49.99 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = 4.49 euros
purchase of goods in the total value of the basket from 50.00 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = free
reshipment of the ordered goods at the customer's request (after the return of the first delivery) including VAT = 4.49 euros

ABROAD / EU:

CROATIA:

purchase of goods in the total value of the basket up to 49.99 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = 7.49 eur
purchase of goods in the total value of the basket from 50.00 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = free
reshipment of the ordered goods at the customer's request (after the return of the first delivery) including VAT = 7.49 eur

AUSTRIA:

purchase of goods in the total value of the basket up to 99.99 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = 6,95 eur
purchase of goods in the total value of the basket from 100.00 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = free
reshipment of the ordered goods at the customer's request (after the return of the first delivery) including VAT = 6,95 eur

GERMANY:

purchase of goods in the total value of the basket up to 99.99 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = 10,90 eur
purchase of goods in the total value of the basket from 100.00 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = free
reshipment of the ordered goods at the customer's request (after the return of the first delivery) including VAT = 10,90 eur

ITALY:

purchase of goods in the total value of the basket up to 99.99 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = 9.49 eur
purchase of goods in the total value of the basket from 100.00 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = free
reshipment of the ordered goods at the customer's request (after the return of the first delivery) including VAT = 9.49 eur

HUNGARY:

purchase of goods in the total value of the basket up to 99.99 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = 5,95 eur
purchase of goods in the total value of the basket from 100.00 euros - packaging and shipping costs including VAT = free
reshipment of the ordered goods at the customer's request (after the return of the first delivery) including VAT = 5,95 eur
