As our slogan LCHF Style live & love says... We have been living and enjoying the LCHF diet for some time, a couple of years to be exact. This way of eating has become our lifestyle, and since we have become convinced of all the advantages of the LCHF diet during this time, we decided to make LCHF even simpler and more accessible for you as well. Our store was created with products that are indispensable for the LCHF and KETO lifestyle. Above all, we use all the products ourselves and have chosen them based on our criteria and requirements;) Of course, we will constantly supplement and upgrade the offer.

The chief in the home LCHF kitchen and creative creator of LCHF recipes. I like to experiment and create new recipes, of course from ingredients that are suitable for LCHF. Poor health, severe migraines and a general exhaustion of the immune system a few years ago led to a change in life. With LCHF, I got my health back and even more energy, which I now diligently use for research in the kitchen and expanding my knowledge and experience in the field of LCHF nutrition.

KETO enthusiast and meticulous analyst of KETO ratios. With the KETO diet I lost over 35 kilograms and my new life began full of energy, focus and new challenges. With the help of the KETO diet, I also managed to fix certain health problems, among other things, my blood pressure is back to normal after many years, and the previously stubborn psoriasis is now losing the battle. After many years, I am doing things again that I gave up in the past. Hiking, nature, and sports activities have become part of my everyday life.
