Regular consumption of omega 3 fatty acids helps maintain normal blood triglyceride levels, maintain normal blood pressure, plays a role in heart function, brain function and vision maintenance. Omega 3 fatty acids are also important in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

EPA / eicosapentaenoic acid / EPA

DHK / docosahexaenoic acid / DHA

ALA / alpha-linolenic acid

Fish oil contains EPA and DHA fatty acids that our body can utilize immediately, while plant sources contain only ALA fatty acids! RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE:
